I.T. lesson

For this lesson, you'll need to answer the questions below in your books.  There are links below the questions that will help, or you can search for information yourself.

1. What part of the blood carries oxygen from the lungs to the muscles?
2. What 2 things do our musces require to make energy?  What else do they produce when this happens?
3. Define the word 'diffusion'.
4. Where are alveoli found? How many are there in each adult human (on average)?
5. Draw a simple diagram of the lungs and label the trachea, bronchi and bronchioles.
